Welcome to our website. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Unlimited shop website. By accessing the site or placing an order with us you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

We are open 6 days a week, closed on Tuesdays.
Weekdays 10.30 to 5.30, Sunday 11 to 4.
Christmas opening hours: We are open daily in the run up to Christmas, including Tuesdays. We will be open from 11 to 3 on Christmas eve. Unlimited will be closed between Christmas and New Year. The online shop will still be open, but orders will be processed and posted in the New Year.
Payments online are processed through Stripe - a secure and trusted online payment processor. We take all major debit and credit cards apart from Amex. Once you have placed your order with us you will receive e-mail confirmation of the transaction. Any problems placing your order do contact us on 01273 204 423.
Where possible we ship in the UK using a Next Working Day Delivery courier service, but please allow up to 4 days for processing and delivery. If your order is urgent or you need to organise to be in to receive it, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to help it reach you in time. Please note, we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
Although rare for a product to be out of stock, it might be that shop sales have meant an item has sold out before the website stock has been adjusted. If this happens we will inform you immediately by e-mail if there is likely to be a delay.
In some cases where items are made to order, delivery may take longer than stated above. We will advise a lead time in the product description if this is the case. Please bear in mind where items are handmade, originals or from small editions, we may sell out of certain items at particularly busy periods. In this case we will endeavour to advise you of a delivery date or on other options.
We want to be transparent about our postal charges and not hide them in the price of what you are buying! We've tried to keep our delivery charges as simple as possible and have 2 online categories - prints and products - for which we charge set postage. Prints (sent in a postal tube) are charged at £8 UK and products (sent in a cardboard box) are also charged at £8 UK. Print orders over £100 will receive free delivery.
Your order will be sent via a trackable courier service and a signature will be required when you receive your parcel. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we always recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address ie. your work address. If the package isn’t signed for, and ends up being returned to us, we are happy to resend items but you will need to cover the postage costs of resending the parcel.
There is also the option of no delivery charge being added if you come and collect in person from our Brighton shop within our opening hours when your order is ready.
If you want to email us to send you an item simply by first class post, this can be arranged but please be advised we will not then be held accountable for any loss or damage to your package.
We are happy to send our prints around the world. Our packaging and shipping charges are currently £20 for Europe / £30 for everywhere else. For international items we use a trackable service where possible, and they may need a signature on arrival.
It usually takes 5 working days for a parcel to arrive, but please be aware it can take up to one month (as delivery dates depend on your country's postal service).
Please note that shipment to non-UK countries may be subject to import duties and tax fees charged by your local Customs Office. These charges are beyond our control, and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer. Unlimited has no control over these charges and are not responsible for these fees which will need to be paid by you. All orders are processed in British Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT.
Christmas deliveries 2017
The last opportunity to place orders for delivery before Christmas are as follows:
UK delivery 2pm Tuesday 19th December
Europe delivery 2pm Tuesday 12th December
Rest of World delivery 2pm 1st December
Items ordered after the 19th December will be sent as soon as possible after Christmas.
If you wish to make a return you must inform us as soon as possible in writing by email and return the item within 14 calendar days of delivery. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after these 14 days have passed. When making a return please send the item using recorded delivery and with appropriate insurance as we cannot be held responsible for items missing or damaged in transit.
We will refund your payment minus the postage costs. We aim to reimburse you within 7 working days upon receipt of the returned item. Refunds will only be issued if the item is returned in unused/same condition it was sent out. Refunds can only be made to your original payment method (to the card you used as payment).
We cannot offer refunds on items made to order. For example, any artwork made or printed to order will be non returnable. Earrings are non returnable for hygiene reasons.
In the unlikely event that you feel you have been sent a faulty item please contact us immediately to discuss.
Please be aware that some monitors may display colours of prints incorrectly and the artwork may vary from the colours you see on screen. Handmade prints may have small variations in colour or print quality from the image on the the website, due to the nature of some of the printing processes used. We will always send you the best quality print in the edition.
Breakages and damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or broken please contact us immediately and keep the item and packaging used. You may be need to be contacted by a representative of the courier service as part of their insurance process or we may need the damaged item to be returned to us. Please wait for our instructions before returning the item to us. Delivery charges, payment charges and returned postage will not be refunded by us.
If your item does not arrive within 7 days (UK) or 14 days (elsewhere), please contact us in case your delivery has been delayed.
Items returned to us by the postal service or couriers marked as not called for or unclaimed by the receiver will require additional postage costs to be paid before we can resend.
We cannot be held responsible if a parcel has gone missing due to the postal address being filled in incorrectly or missing important information. However, if we notice the address is incomplete, we will contact you before dispatch. Risk of loss passes to you once the item has been passed to the courier service.

Some computer monitors may display colours of prints incorrectly and the artwork may vary slightly from the colours you see on screen, as often the images are photographic representations of the artwork. Prints may have small variations in colour or pattern from the image on the the website, due to the nature of some of the printing processes used.
All dimensions indicated are as accurate as possible, but please note that due to the handmade nature of many of our items, slight differences and anomalies may occur.
